I cannot stand to see those I love feel oppressed
And fearful for their lives.
While cowards march in the name of negating them respect
In what’s supposed to be progressive times.
Hateful speech is still hateful action
That attacks one’s heart and mind and passion.
Hateful speech is not peaceful protest
And it should be met with aggression.

I wonder how much of that was even the truth..
Half truths, well they’re the same as lies.
So many have wised up to your games.
Have you had a single thing you didn’t manipulate?
It’s a dirty fuckin’ shame to even know your name.
Have you ever built a foundation on trust,
Do you even have love for yourself?
It’s a shame you waste your time and that you’ve wasted mine.
Good times over shadowed by broken vows
